Bishop Quincy Marcel Watkins is the Senior Pastor of Greater Rainbow Restoration Church in Darby, Pennsylvania. With over 16 years of ministering and a combined 9 years of the pastorate (New Jerusalem Church & Greater Rainbow Restoration Church), God has equipped him to serve the body of Christ in five-fold ministry.
Bishop Watkins is a highly sought after preacher, teacher, and prophet. His life long mission is to provide Health and Balance to the Body of Christ� through holistic preaching, teaching, and deliverance.
Bishop Watkins has held executive-level positions in Corporate America, and is a gifted business strategist. He attended Temple University and The Wharton School of business. He is married to Fay Marcel Watkins and they are the parents of many spiritual children.
